Privacy Policy

We process personal information with necessity, clear purpose, and security in mind.

Last updated: September 2, 2026

1. Scope and our role

This Privacy Policy explains how MaxLaker Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("MAXLAKER", "we", "us") handles personal information on www.maxlaker.com and its public pages. It applies when you browse the site, submit an inquiry, or otherwise contact us.

Services not covered

This policy does not replace a written agreement for private deployment, SaaS products, or a custom project. Product consoles on other domains, third-party sites, and external links are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data controller

For the processing covered by this policy, we determine the purposes and means of processing website personal information and act as the relevant personal information handler.

2. Information we collect

We collect information only to the extent necessary for the relevant service. You decide whether to provide information that is not marked as required.

Inquiry information you provide

When you request a demo or submit a need, we collect your name, company, mobile phone number, email address, products of interest, and request description. Name, mobile number, email address, and request description are required to respond to an inquiry.

Website operation and security data

To maintain service security, identify abnormal requests, and prevent abuse, we use the source IP address, request time, and necessary technical information while processing a request. The current contact endpoint applies rate limiting by source IP; those records are kept briefly in runtime memory only.

Information we do not ask for

Please do not submit identity documents, financial account details, health information, religious beliefs, precise location, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. We do not ask for it through the website form.

3. Purposes and bases for processing

Where permitted by law, we process information with your consent, as necessary to respond to your inquiry, to meet legal obligations, or to protect the security of the service.

Respond to business inquiries

To verify and respond to demo requests, product inquiries, private-deployment questions, or custom development requirements, and to discuss an appropriate next step where necessary.

Keep the site operating safely

To troubleshoot errors, control request frequency, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain the stability and security of the website and contact service.

What we do not do

We do not use inquiry information for sale, rental, or data-brokerage purposes, and we do not make decisions with a significant impact on you solely through automated decision-making.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary technical storage to provide core website functionality.

Language preference

When you switch between Chinese and English, the website saves your language preference to provide a consistent experience on a later visit.

No advertising tracking

Based on the current website configuration, we do not deploy cookies for cross-site ad targeting or behavioral profiling, and we have not configured third-party advertising analytics. If this materially changes, we will update this policy before enabling it and obtain consent where required.

5. Entrusted processing, sharing, and cross-border transfers

We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties. We arrange processing by service providers only where necessary and lawful.

Necessary service providers

To send and process an inquiry you actively submit, we may use necessary technical services such as the configured email service provider. We require a provider to process information only on our instructions and subject to agreed purposes and security requirements.

Sharing and public disclosure

Except where required by laws and regulations, with your separate consent, to protect vital legitimate interests, or to complete a request you explicitly make, we do not share or publicly disclose your personal information.

Cross-border transfers

If it becomes necessary to provide personal information outside the People's Republic of China for business or technical reasons, we will fulfill applicable notice, consent, assessment, contract, or other protection obligations.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose, unless laws or regulations require otherwise.

Inquiry records

When an inquiry is complete, no further communication is needed, or retention is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information. Where retention is legally required, it will be restricted to the applicable statutory period.

Security-limit records

Runtime-memory records used for request frequency limits serve only short-window security checks and are cleared when the window ends or the service restarts.

7. Security measures

We take management and technical measures appropriate to risk to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Minimization and access control

Inquiry information is available only to personnel who need it to perform their responsibilities and is handled on a need-to-know basis.

Transmission and endpoint protection

We protect the contact endpoint through input validation, anti-automation measures, and request-rate controls. You should also avoid sending sensitive information through insecure channels.

Security incidents

If a personal information security incident occurs or may occur, we will take remedial action and, where required, notify affected individuals and report to competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction, completion, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or refuse processing; and request an explanation of our processing rules.

How to make a request

Use the email address below and state your name, contact details, information concerned, and request. To protect your information, we may verify your identity within a reasonable scope.

How we respond

We will accept and handle your request in a timely manner as required by law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why to the extent required by applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal on that basis.

9. Children

This website is intended for business users and professionals and is not directed to children under the age of fourteen.

Contact from a guardian

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without a guardian's consent, please contact us. We will verify the situation and take appropriate action as required by law.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy because of business, technical, or legal changes. Material changes will be indicated on this page or by another appropriate method. The updated version applies from the publication date or stated effective date.
